Where can I get Kickassbmx Products?

Check out the dealer listing page, the shops listed are the best BMX shops throughout Australia, if they don't have the product you are after they can order it in for you. If your local shop is not listed just get them to contact us so we can word them up with all the info. If you don't have a shop near you that knows what a BMX is drop us an email and we will help you find what you need.

What if I need more info about a product?

Your local dealer should be able to help you out but if they cant just drop us an email, we ride our products everyday so can probably help you out with anything you need.

Why are there no prices on this website?

Kickassbmx is a wholesale company so we sell products to shops, they decide the final price you pay, shop around for the best price between the shops listed in the dealer listing. Authorised retailers can access stock and pricing information on this website by loging into your account, if you dont have an account yet please contact us for more information.

What about product warranty?

Warranty for the brands we carry varies from brand to brand but the majority of companies have the following policy. The warranty covers problems caused by defects in material and / or workmanship but not due to normal wear, accident, abuse, neglect, improper assembly or improper maintenance. Problems with products that are cracked, bent, twisted, dented or where threads have been stripped are considered a sign of abuse and are not usually covered by warranty. Any claim for warranty must be made through the dealer where the product was purchased and proof of purchase must be shown. If you have any concerns or questions about warranty please visit the shop where you purchased your product and ask them for more information. We work closely with our dealers to provide the best possible service regarding warranty and do the best we can in every case. For all warranty claims labour and postal/transport for replacement parts must be covered by the purchaser. In addition, all products come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law. Customers are entitled to a replacement or refund for a major failure and compensation for any other reasonably foreseeable loss or damage. Customers are also entitled to have the goods repaired or replaced if the goods fail to be of acceptable quality and the failure does not amount to a major failure.
